Xianwu Zeng received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1987, the M.S. degree in transportation automation from Lanzhou Jiaotong University in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree in ocean information detection and processing from Ocean University of China. Xianwu Zeng served in Yantai Information Industry Group Co., Ltd., and engaged in power distribution automation for eight years. Xianwu Zeng served in Qingdao University of Science and Technology from 2003 to present, engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of wireless communication and Internet of things, and has published more than 30 academic papers. Xianwu Zeng currently serves as the vice chairman of the China Internet of Things Talent Cultivation Alliance and the director of the Beijing Internet of Things Society. 

Shuping Bao received the B.S. degree in mathematics and computer engineering from Northwest Normal University in 1985 and M.S. degree in computer science and technology from the East China Normal University of China in 1996. Shuping Bao served in Pacific Insurance Group Co., Ltd., and engaged in information management system research and development for six years. Shuping Bao served in Qingdao University of Science and Technology from 2003 to present, engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of computer science and Internet of things, and has published more than 30 academic papers.
